BCB is a women's clothing company with a goal to inspire women to Believe in their dreams, Create and mold their destiny and Become what they have set out to achieve. BCB clothing’s purpose is to provide affordable, multipurpose, fashion forward fitness and casual wear.
Briana, Bianca and Belicia are sisters with a deep love for athletics, fashion, mental and physical health. In addition to providing apparel, the owners of BCB understand the importance of mental and physical health and have pledged to give a portion of proceeds earned to the American Heart Association and the National Alliance of Mental Health.
Briana, is the oldest of the sisters, ran track for Georgia State University where she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She attended Webster University where she received a master’s degree in counseling. She completed her doctorate in Business Administration with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University. Briana Beck is the chief executive officer of the company and will be an asset to the BCB team as she adds experience, education, marketing techniques, and style.
Bianca, the middle child of the three sisters, is a former point guard for Southeast Missouri State University (SEMO). She graduated from SEMO with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in exercise science. Bianca is completing a dual master’s degree in sports psychology and business. Bianca is a former professional basketball player for the St. Louis Surge and a private duty account manager for Home Care Services of Metropolitan St. Louis Ltd. Bianca serves as the chief operations officer and will assist the BCB team through managing the daily operations of the company.
Belicia is the youngest of the three sisters and has a degree in Theater and Dance from the University of Missouri St. Louis. She is currently the interim director and professional dancer for Modern American Dance Company (MADCO) and Arrive dance company. She is a phenomenal dance instructor choreographing for dance studios all across the St. Louis metropolitan area. She is a staff member for the youth achievement foundation and works in the billing and coding department for her families' in home health care company Active Angels. Her position with BCB is the chief communications officer.
